What are some characteristics of RICH people?
1. Rich men/women trust in the power of money. If trust is placed in wealth, then it follows that less trust will be placed in anybody or anywhere else.
2. The rich believe they could control people and events 3. Since money is their tool, they have to protect it at all cost. And work for more.
4. The rich sponsor charitable foundations and even erect church buildings, but it does not take a genius to see that there are other motives behind these works.
5. Those with money, could afford all that they want in life. Material things tend to drown the spiritual hunger in the rich.
What are some characteristics of the rich but are poor?
The rich who are poor strive to use their wealth in making the world a little bit better. They believe in the idea of stewardship: wealth comes from God to whom an account will be given in some future time.
The rich who are poor choose simple living and simple pleasures in life. They experience deep peace and joy in putting total trust in God, their Provider. They do not worry excessively, because they let God help them to worry. They open the door of their heart for God’s kingdom to enter and reign over them.
