The Community Transformation Movement Inc. (CTM) is a non-profit organization whose objective is to develop, support and promote a Filipino interfaith spirituality that is in harmony with a culture that respects and cares for integral human life and fosters human solidarity among communities of diverse traditions and beliefs.

Empowered by God’s unconditional love in His Son Jesus Christ, and guided by unceasing presence of His Holy Spirit, we envision a world in which every Filipino and his generation live in dignity, solidarity, equality, peace and prosperity that are consistent with Filipino faith and culture.
Mission
Provide leadership and services to Interfaith-driven Communities, Cooperatives and Congregations or Churches.
Goals
- To promote, develop and provide services to an interfaith-driven movement – the Community Transformation Movement(CTM) and its Partner Communities
- To operate as the Technical and Management Consultancy arm of the member communities of CTM.
- To provide leadership and services in the following areas: Research and Development; Technology Transfer; Organizational and Business Management Services; and Human Resource Services. To promote, develop and provide services to an interfaith-driven movement – the Community Transformation Movement(CTM) and its Partner Communities
- To focus on People and Technology concerns by undertaking innovative, appropriate and sustainable interventions,programs and projects for economic, social and spiritual benefits.
